Why Choose Our Girls Wonder Club?

Many girls experience challenges impacting their emotional wellbeing at school, including:

  • Social pressure and friendship challenges
  • Low self-belief or self-criticism
  • Emotional overwhelm or uncertainty
  • Difficulty expressing feelings safely
  • A sense of disconnection

Wonder Club offers a preventative, strengths-based space, built on connection and kindness, that utilises creative expression and engaging activities to build emotional skills and resilience. It supports girls to develop healthy coping strategies and strong peer relationships before difficulties escalate.

Programme Focus

Our Girls Wonder Club focuses on five key areas for girls' emotional development and wellbeing:

Resilience

Understand emotions, manage challenges, and
recover from setbacks.

Friendships

Healthy relationships, boundaries, belonging, and
communication.

Self-Understanding

Reflection, identity exploration, and self-awareness.

Kindness

Compassion for self and others; reducing comparison and self-criticism.

Connection

Building safe peer relationships, self-connection, and a sense of belonging.

Inclusion

Everyone deserves to feel they belong. In Wonder Club, we celebrate difference, listen with kindness and create space for each young person to feel valued and included.
